I think he is even more hated than Eric Lindros, which is very hard to be.
To be fair, Lindros was such an a-hole from the day before he was drafted.
What I really loved about the Rangers on Monday night was Zuccarello challenging Crosby and having Crosby walk away
Lundqvist hacked, slashed, jabbed, bumped every game by Neal, Kunitz, Crosby. Yet the goalie is the one who is fined 5G. Play On NHL, I wouldn't be surprised if Hank went full Hextall this evening.

Chicago playing 3rd final in 5 years would be "good for the sport".
Boston playing 3rd final in 4 years would be "bad for the sport".
TD.com logic.

Because Boston plays a cheating style of Hockey that nobody respects except people in New England.

I said neither. I said it would be good for the sport to have the entire nation of Canada in the ratings for 2 more rounds.
Chicago playing for the 3rd final in 5 years wouldn't be bad.
I think the Bruins overall are bad for the sport because they commit penalties that aren't called, making things escalate on the ice, taking away from actually playing the sport. Lucic can barely skate he's like happy gilmore out there.

Yeah, I forgot that playing tough defense and hitting people to take away plays is "cheating"

No hitting and playing defense is good. But holding after the play, hooking people, tackling people is not condusive to hockey. The Bruins are a bunch of goons who have skill, but resort to goonish tactics when they get outskated.
Cross Checking someone on the boards on the backside of a play is not neccessary, but it seems that Thornton, Chara, Lucic, and Inginla love to do this.

Can you define "cheating style"?
Are you suggesting everyone on the Bruins uses PEDs? Have rockets on their skates? Or regularly attempt to hand-pass the puck into the opponent's net?

How about interference during the play, running the goalie, and suckerpunching after the whistle?

TBH not much of it, Chara is really truly talented and gifted, as are Hamilton and Krug.

Theeeeeere it is...
Just cut to the root of the problem next time and just start whining about officiating.

All I read was the same whiny Baloo copy/paste that is on here in every thread in every year. It's seriously blown way over proportion. The Bruins getting physical with hits on players is meant to wear down their opponents, get them fatigued, and have an advantage in the 3rd period. It's worked all year, so it's not going to stop now.
The whining apparently won't.

I dont omplain about the officiating like Jack Edwards and the rest of NESN nation.

I'd love to see your shining white knight example of a clean hockey team that is full of little Tebow disciples that commit no penalties all year while praising the hockey gods.

Bombay teaches those kids the RIGHT way to play.

Well, it's been defined a bunch of times above. It's primarily the way they rewrite the rules of itnerference and commit a ton of stick fouls, particularly after the whistle. They are the closest thing to the 1970s Flyers who yes, were terrible for the sport as well. It's not the triumph of defense, but the triumph of goonery. The Kings play defense. The Bruins are a bunch of goons.
They are cheating because interference is a penalty. As is cross checking. and holding.

Nobody is arguing against legal physical hits. It's the after the whistle and dirty shite that they get away with. There's a difference between a legal play and an illegal play. Are you denying that the Bruins do this more than any other teams?
What would happen if Lucic tomorrow, at age 26, was suckerpunched and had a skull fracture and permenant nerve damage? You'd be the first one crying!

Boo fricking hoo.
Don't be a bunch of goons and people won't call you goons. And again, for the record, I didn't bring it up, someone asked why I hated them. I answered. And the topic died until, again, you brought it up. Twice.
The person who keeps talking about the Bruins being a bunch of goons is YOU because you keep bringing it up. I'm merely replying to you when you call me out by name. OF COURSE I'm going to defend my opinion and talk about why I think they are goons when you specifically bring it up and me personally.
Please, ask me why my team is a bunch of f'n thugs. I don't keep asking Hog to tell me what he thinks of Ovechkin. Because, frankly, I don't give a crap. You keep bring me up because, well, you want my approval. Which is sweet, and I'm sure you're a nice guy, but the Bruins are still a bunch of thugs who are blight on the sport of hockey.

If Milan Lucic wore a Caps jersey, you'd be lobbying to have a statue built of him.
I get it. They've been the big dogs in the east for a while now and you're sick of them, but to jump to calling them cheaters is beyond moronic.
And FYI, the Kings "cheat" quite a bit too. I even saw one of their players make body contact with an opponent in their last game.

Breaking the rules is cheating, is it not?

I'm pretty sure it's with both.

To be fair, Baloo has never really supported the goons on the Caps, but then again, who are they? There's no one that is even close to one of the Bruins' "stars"

Again, nobody is arguing about hitting, just illegal plays.

No not really, it's just annoying to see other people using the same dumb cliched spiels like the one I pointed out above how if "X" team went to the final it would be "great for the sport", but frick Boston because they beat the shite out of everyone and I don't want to see precious little Cindy Crosby get swept out again.
Again, if the Bruins are committing such atrocious attacks on players away from the play, they'd be called on it much like how PK was near the top of the league in minor penalties and leads the postseason. I get that you guys want to see a 25 goal game every game, but heaven forbid if someone starts getting rough.
