A lot of free agents. deGrom, Diaz, Nimmo, Bassitt are the headliners. I expect deGrom and Diaz back. I think they’ll make a play for a bigger bat in the OF to replace Nimmo. Hate to see him go because he has value but we need some power from somewhere and most other positions are locked in.

Also it’s Nimmo or Judge for me, if we aren’t a real option for Judge we should definitely resign Nimmo

There are no impact bats available... Nimmo is an easy resign unless they going after Judge which is unlikely considering Lindor, Max, DeGrom, Diaz, and eventually Alonso

Yea i don’t think we sign both deGrom and Judge but could see us signing Rodon and Judge. Next year is pretty much hanging on whether or not Alvarez and Baty pan out. #1 priority should be trying to find someone to take James McCann

I mean Rodon is going to cost close to DeGrom maybe a couple million less but will get a longer deal. Only way you are getting rid of McCann is attaching a prospect or paying the contract.

deGroms gonna get Scherzer money (40+).. I don’t see Rodon costing that

He is getting 30-35m after back to back healthy seasons where he was an ace... Will be only 30 so 5-7 years is reasonable

Mets have the most intriguing offseason imo. What they do is going to effect so many teams

Let Nimmo sign with Houston please? Thx

Yea I agree on the years but I think he’ll be closer to 22-25 AAV. 6/150 if i had to guess but never know.

He just had 21.5, he is going for closer to 30, could see 6/165-170

Would he play LF for y’all? His defense got a lot better this year which is gonna get him paid and y’all don’t really have a CF need other teams do. He’ll have a huge market

You can have Matz back. I'll even send a roll of tape and bandages with him.

Mets and Diaz have mutual interest, I’d be extremely shocked if he’s not back in NY next year
