If UTSA ever gets serious about spending money for sports, watch out. They'll eat into Texas aTm and Baylor
They won't get the top guys but the guys that give those programs depth will go to UTSA and they'll be like UCF not yearly great but 1 time every 3/5 years

Cousin lived in Arlington for a few years, before moving out to Frisco. Other than the traffic, that area is so amazing. The malls, beer, food, amenities, etc.. DFW area is my #1 destination.

Went to the Omni theater when I was a kid in the 90s… coolest thing I've ever seen… I heard it's a total ghetto now.

Yea, you for sure have to know where all the different spots are b/c thigns are pretty scattered here.
However, downtown and especially nearby Deep Ellum have come a LONG way from when I first moved here in 2009. There is way more to do and there has been a pretty active movement to make downtown walkable. It's not all there yet but it's much better than it used to be.
