It was Taggert’s 4th job in something like 7 years: WKU, USF, Oregon and then FSU. How do you evaluate that? He won at USF? 7-5 in his 1 year at Oregon?

Kelly has built a very good program, but he's still missing explosiveness from his QB and WRs. They haven't had that since the Kizer/Fuller days.

It's generally effective but they have gameplans every once in awhile where I wonder what in the hell they're thinking.
It seemed like there were several years where Brian Kelly got cute against Navy, particularly. They should have used their line of scrimmage mismatch and just rammed the ball down their throat but they got cute with their spread stuff.
