I don't do it myself, but I would say when it comes up, more often then not, people will say "don't you mean THE Ohio State" or something like that

I don't understand the irrational OSU hatred from a lot of SEC fans. Is this a remnant of the early 2000s "benefit of the doubt" that they and Michigan received that was seemingly to the detriment of the SEC?
It's a very good school academically that has a fine sports program. The game with Georgia this year was the actual National Championship. I've known a lot of their Alums, and have had generally good relationships with them (not you, DB. I kid
). I don't get it.

Quite the opposite, I like Ohio State quite a lot and I wish they would quit embarrassing themselves this way.

It’s not that they include ‘The’ but the way it’s emphasized.

So I just claim ownership of whatever I want, from threads I didn't start to the most common of words, and that's it? After that I can get as triggered as I want and just deny it? And claim that any response to me is triggered? And if downvotes are acknowledged, the most lazy of triggered responses, then obviously my opponent has been triggered by the triggered?
This is great! I don't have to acknowledge, much less address, any shortcomings or character flaws! Thanks!
