No dome Regional Sites

I love the fact that all of the regional sites this year are in real basketball arenas and not domes. I cannot believe the whore that is the NCAA actually let this happen?!

Growing up I went to several regionals at the Alamodome and one sweet 16/elite8 at Reliant/NRG.
I always enjoyed the experience. Tons of people, always felt like a big event.

No domes next year, either. I seem to remember a lot of empty seats on my tv when watching the most recent dome regionals.

I think they only do 50yd line dome regional sites when they need to test a new location for an upcoming final four...

Idc about it personally, but some of the games in final fours are completely unwatchable that are played in domes and there's a definite correlation.
