No chance they call a press conference to announce they are charging him. They would arrest him immediately if they were going to charge him, then call the presser to discuss it. Personally, I find this entire thing distasteful...Winston, TPD, DA, attorneys, etc.

i will say this one more time.. i am not saying this is the case with JW.
the DA will almost always call a presser for something as high profile as this. Doesnt mean that there will be no charges. Simply setting a time for a press conf and then talking with the Suspects lawyer and give him time to turn himself in! again im not saying this happend/or will happen. Just saying announcing a press conf wasnt saying no charges
