Some new news and rumors today
Meggs told AP that no charges would be filed until after Thanksgiving. Interesting choice of words, especially from a man that already was suspicious at the onset
TPD essentially confirmed that the victim believed she was drugged in her Dec police report
A Judge signed off on gathering cell phone data of all participants. Probably looking for messages, calls, and tower pings to see if they match witness statements
Winston still has not talked to prosecutors, so this is not even a he said/she said at this point. Its only a she said. His witnesses cannot attest to anything on his behalf, until he gives his behalf.
Looks like they will have to charge him to get his side of the story, and if he pleads the 5th, that should tell everyone what they need to know

My inside sources tell me that he'll be charged shortly before noon on Saturday.

Yup, that makes him guilty.

This is not about guilt. The topic for the day is charges
He does not want to give a statement. She has already spoken to the prosecutors.
I think he is leaving the prosecutors no choice. Which means he probably forfeits the Heisman, and a trip to the BCS due to an automatic suspension
Thats a lot to lose, especially if you are so convinced that you have proof shes lying

No I quoted what he said Sunday, which is this week. There is no credible source that has him quoted as saying "no charges until after thanksgiving," all media outlets quoted him as saying "no decision"

He would be stupid to talk to law enforcement at this point. Police/Law enforcement are trained to get people to talk and at this point anything he says can be used to bring charges before the evidence ever gets to Meggs. If anything, Winston is protecting himself from charges and being suspended from FSU.
Lets just say Winston/Jansen have legit evidence that would get him cleared with or without trial. Why risk that to talk to police when Meggs is clearly waiting on more information?
