Travis Johnson was on Michael Smith radio show and said he heard Jameis side of the story (who wouldnt divulge details of that night)

But did say one of the witnesses was a football player. I found that most interesting..

Not really. Its an FSU website where they claim:

The atty is her aunt - not true

She tweeted "I love Winston" and claim its about JW - but a guy named Winston with screen name 'winnie the poo' retweeted it. He lives 12 miles from her, so obviously they know each other

Another tweet about a friend thanking her for getting to watch the bowl game. They couldnt believe she would still support the football team - except that she didnt know it was Winston until Jan 11, ten days after that game.

That the girl should know who raped her in Dec since she wasnt drunk - completely ignoring that TPD said the report claimed something was put in her drink

Also tweeting to 'cleatchasers' which is proof that she knew Winston and liked black athletes - again ignoring that 'cleatchasers' was a baseball fan site, and Winston would have still been with the fb team until Jan, when she IDd him

And continue to say one of the witnesses against her is her own roommate, and the incident happened at their apt - she lived on campus.

And laughably say the 2 witness statements have been on file for 11 months - Meggs himself said that he didnt like the idea that the witnesses have been talking to each other and the lawyer for 11 months to come up with their statements


So basically they are doing exactly what the Det warned them they would do. Throw something against the wall hoping something sticks

As I have said from day one, there's a reason charges haven't been filed and the FSU side isn't worried.
