Don't really care about seeding or meaningless regular season things, leave that stuff for CBJ and WAS fans since it's all they'll ever have.

I don't care that much about the rivalry. I want to win a Stanley Cup. And the best chance to win one is playing weaker teams to get there.

Yeah, the Caps really chose a bad time to have a four game losing streak. The division race went from a laugher to a tight race (heck, the Rangers will finish fourth and will almost certainly have more place than the winner of the Atlantic that they will play in the first round)
Caps and Jackets play each other twice in the final stretch, so it will sort itself out.

This is such an interesting year in the west and the east. I think there is a legit argument that 5 teams from the east could emerge and I think 4-5 from the west also.
