Avs starting this game like they need to (like last game...), showing some physical nature.

Like the way Avs have come out tonight. But like you said it was the same last game and we saw what happened there.

Let's see if you get up 3-0 with two of the most important Avs out before you start pounding your chest, eh?

You would think with how much he played in the regular season in relief of Grub he would be more ready but you’re right. His positioning was not good on that one.

This series won’t be on him overall but tough to overcome loss of top D and GK plus just huge sequences of boneheaded defending and weird bounces. Dallas got hot at right time.

They really gave Hintz an embellishment for that? Did his stick not get in Hintz's skate?

Yeah, because A) comparing Dobby to Francouz is fair? lololol and B) Our #1 D is out.

It's not even close there, bud.

well, that’s what depth does for you. one has it, one doesn’t

Somewhat agreed. Losing Calvert just lost what was otherwise probably the best fourth line in the NHL for the Avs.

Let's not switch the subject. I made a point, you tried to counter, and it failed miserably.

I think it was one of those 50/50. He definitely did embellish, but was it so blatant worth a call? Eh.
Stick was in his skate, for sure. There was a flop, for sure.

Just as a hockey fan, I'd have thought the embellishment at this point in the season should've not been called.

Avs didn't play a terrible period but as it's been in this series, Dallas is putting together the plays to score and getting good goaltending. It's getting close to desperation time for Colorado, they can't get down 3-0. They are going to have to keep the pressure on and pepper Khudobin, hope one breaks through.
