Ovi has four goals in the series, three at 5v5.
Caps not named Ovi have four goals in the series, zero at 5v5.

I was gonna start a spinoff thread, but I’ll just post here.
The MLB vs NHL or any American sport vs the NHL, except American football in some ways, doesn’t compare culturally to the NHL. The unwritten rules of MLB, and in some cases football, are just stupid. Like people getting pissed about running up the score when a team is getting there arse kicked.
Hockey has its unwritten rules, and they’re great. Like fights happening, and teams leaving it to one on one beefs. You rarely, if ever see a bench clearing brawl in the NHL. Players also have respect for both sides punchin it out. There’s no running up the score bs, they beat each other as much as possible. Hockey has the greatest sports culture in the world imo

Lehner starting in goal for VGK. Hopefully, he doesn't do a soccer own goal header again tonight.

Vegas is clearly the better team and has been, so of course the Hawks score on one of their first good chances. Just need Crawford to continue to stand on his head for the next 8.5 periods.
Let's do it.
Let's do it.

Going back to last season, VGK have lost their last 4 games where they had a chance to eliminate their opponent. Not a good start if they want to avoid #5, especially since Crawford looks sharp again.

Guess the lie is truth tonight right now

Oh we’re back to living a lie men!!

So far, this is eerily copying Game 4. Sloppy puck handling in their own end leads to VGK giving up the first goal, they fall behind 2 - 0, then quickly respond to go to the first intermission down 2-1.
Hopefully, Crawford becomes human sometime during the game and we get a different ending.

Maybe I'm just biased because I'm a hawks fan, but i feel like they gives goals back immediately more often than any other team.
