Good deal for Edmonton. Neal has a chance to bounce back playing with McDavid or Draisital

Let’s see a picture of it. The only time I ever win any contest is for a cheap mug.

Phil Kessel's home is for sale, and it has the most incredible home theater.

Feel pretty good about Joe Nieuwendyk being born on my birthday.

You take that back. Peter Bondra is a LEGEND! He was one of the top snipers in the late 90s. He’s a top 3 Cap of all time for me.

Panarin thing is interesting. At least I won't have to worry about the KGB in Columbus. And how about Bobrovsky saying there was "no chance" he'd re-sign in Columbus. Thanks Bob.

Jeff Freisen (or Anton Stasny) on Martin Brodeur.

Stasny 0/1 career penalty shots.
Freisen 1/3.

Im fricked.

Ridley with 1 career penalty shot...anyone want my stuff after I'm dead?

He was clearly mad that Torts was playing Korpisalo to see what he had as a potential replacement.

Everything went all downhill from there.

And...after all of the Gusev hype...VGK trade him to New Jersey for next to nothing. LINK

Very disappointing. You'd figure that McPhee could at least get them to take a lot of the invading grasshoppers off of our hands.

VGK had no leverage so it's not really that surprising.

I get that part of it...but they put themselves into that situation, especially after the Cap ceiling was announced to be lower than expected. It still seemed like they were moving pieces to get Gusev on board and now, they're kinda left holding the bag. This should really favor NJ unless Gusev completely flames out or gets badly injured.
