I know many don't like games in Central Time Zone starting that late. But the TV deals pump up the salary cap. And all the networks want 2 full windows of playoff games. Theoretically, someone could probably move the Eastern Conference playoff games to 5:00. And have the Western Conference playoff games moved up to 7:30 without too much of an issue. I noticed that happened once or twice in the playoffs last year.
I still resent all the shitty ads on the uniforms. And the constant irritating flashing ads on the boards and ice. Unfortunately, those aren't going away either.

The Avalanche looked great last night, but Wedgewood continues to be incredibly impressive. Once Blackwood is good to go, we might have two highly competent goalies in net for the first time in a while (Kuemper/Francouz?).
It was also really nice seeing Necas get aggressive with the puck on his stick last night. That PP is going to be nasty if he keeps that up.
