I choose to watch zero NBA…I watch a lot of NHL. Playoff hockey is as good as it gets in sports. The people saying hockey sucks are trolls, misinformed or just stupid

the NBA's regular season and now postseason are bloated and watered down. They've lost many casual viewers because nothing feels like it has any stakes until you get to the conf. finals. The league is not deep enough to justify the bloated playoff field, even the fan bases of some teams in the playoffs don't really care as their elimination is inevitable.
None of it really matters though since leagues are just going with the netflix model of quantity over quality to get larger tv deals
