Yeah the Colts literally could have just run up the middle against the Bills undersized DL. Got cute.

I’m usually against being super conservative at the goal line, but that rule does out the window when you have Quentin Nelson

So the Bills can go 96 yards in 1:45 but they can’t go 75 yards in 1:45? Even if they go for the field goal they are still losing. You score, it’s 17-7 even a bigger shot to the jaw, and the play was there it was just overthrown by Rivers

The Bills don't feel like they have new life if you kick the field goal. The fourth down stop was an energy drink they don't drink if the field goal is kicked. If it was 4th and one I don't mind the decision to go for it but all the momentum was lost on that 3rd down loss of three. 4th and one probably scores 75% of the time there. 4th and four is going to be 50% at best. That 3rd down play totally flipped the risk/reward ratio. It's not the score that mattered in that situation. It's the fact that you gave the Bills the chance to feel that they are back in the game. They don't drive 96 or 75 yards without having that feeling first.

The other factor is that the Bills get the ball first in the second half. If the Colts are getting the ball in the ball first the decision to go for it makes a lot more sense because you don't have to worry about Buffalo scoring 14 points before you get the ball back.

The other side of the coin, and one that I agree with, is that Reich probably thinks that you aren't beating the Bills with field goals because they're going to put points on the board.

I think Indianapolis is going to need about 25 points to have a chance late, and I would have still felt that way if Indianapolis went into halftime with a 13-7 lead.

The 4th down call was fine. It was the previous 3 plays. They got too cute with the play calling

65 for Buffalo should get an assist on that tackle. He pushed the defender right into Allen.

You could clearly hear the Indy player say “let’s fricking go” after that play.

Colts are toast if they get down by more than a TD

That 3rd down play was basically the same looking play as Rivers to Antonio Gates in 2006

The colts look like they run in slow motion when it’s a pass

I’m trying to figure out if this is a strategy by Rivers to run the playclock down to almost 0.

Shazier named him one of the QBs that will try to change the play at the last possible second

This drive is fine if they score a td. Anything less is very bad
