Washington was down 15 late in the the third, got a TD and went for two. I get that. But, they just got a TD with about ten minutes left, and went for two down 8. Um, why not just kick it and be down 7?

Must not be watching the game. The penalties were beyond bogus and both came on 3rd downs where TB didn't convert.
