Burrow can't get it done without an elite defense. He isn't a QB that can carry a team and win shootouts with a bad defense like Manning, Brees, Mahomes in the early part of his career, etc.

He’s put up 30+ this year twice against good teams and lost
The only drive they didn’t score in the first half was a missed field goal and the next time Burrow touched the ball they were losing(and they went down and scored)
The Bengals defense has been historically bad when facing offenses with a pulse
