There's no way the NFL wants the Ravens to win this (on behest of Vegas, anyway) . Anybody who gambles has the Ravens in every kind of iteration possible

No idea why the Ravens didn’t challenge that. If the spot is supposed to be where the ball is when Lamar went out, then it was much closer to a first down (or was a first down) than that ref spotted it.
