Ravens have 4th and seven on about Cleveland's 45 yard line. Cleveland then gets called for twelve men on the field on the punt. 4th and 2 Baltimore goes for it and Jackson gets sacked but Cleveland gets called for defensive holding and give the Ravens a first down because someone on special teams can't count.
