That’s not what happen at all there.
He was leaving his spot to stop any fights and he dropped a marker down bc he couldn’t hold the ball spot any longer with his foot.

His flag was on the right side of him. The marker was in the front.

Eagles fan has to be insanely jealous of the angles the Ravens defense takes. No one is having to make a one on one tackle. There are at least three Ravens surrounding the Texans ball carrier every play.
