Ian Rapaport said that it usually ends up higher than projections by a couple of mil and the cap is supposed to get to around $200 million by 2020

It was his fault their defense got bent over by the saints in 2011 or his fault that the refs picked up a flag va the cowboys and his defense couldn't hold onto the lead?
