Not a superstar, but I thought Ryan Nassib would be a really good qb

David Carr. Still believe he could have had a successful career if he wasn't behind such a awful line at the beginning.

Sam Bradford, although that could change this year if the dude stays healthy. That dude has a lot of potential for success in Chip's system.

Coming out of college, I thought Tim Couch would be a high level performer in the NFL.

then the Browns drafted him.......

As most on here know, I screamed to the mountain-top that I thought RG3 would be an absolute gamechanger in the league and a first-ballot HOFer. For a year I felt like a God, and theeeeeeen yea, not so much.

I also thought Tannehill would be a stud (I initially ranked them RG3, Tannehill, and then Luck lol). I'm still holding out hope on the Tannehill front, but there's no chance I was right about Luck being 3rd best.

Dan Fouts was the last good Oregon QB.

Since then they've had Joey Harrington, Akili Smith, Kellen Clemens, and Marcus Mariota.

Ryan Leaf. He brought hapless Washington St to the verge of a national title. I thought with actual talent around him he'd be unstoppable.

I thought Jamarcus had a shot until he got picked by the Raiders, then I felt like he was doomed.

2 guys I really thought were going to be excellent QBs that just didn't pan out were Tim Couch and Byron Leftwich.

Sam Bradford. That was an NFL style offense at OU and he was the trigger man of the best offense I've ever seen.
