Sucks to be the Ravens. Ridiculous that something couldn't be worked out. But at least the 8,000 fans at the Orioles game that day won't be inconvenienced.

Well it hasn't happened since they started this Thursday night opening week game. At least that is what I think I read.

Wow. If I were the Ravens I would defer to Sunday if the first game couldn't be at home. But of course that's not how it works. HUGE advantage for Broncos. Bud Selig must not be too fond of ole Roger.

Selig couldn't make that move with the Player's Union ok. Why doesn't the NFL play the game on the Wednesday, like last year?
