It was called because he kept him hooked while he spun him. I hate the Chiefs as much as anyone, but you see that flagged often IMO.

You can literally see is left hand has a grab of absolutely nothing and the spin is from his right arm dominating and pushing him

Nah… every call is a conspiracy when it comes to the Chiefs. NFL is giving the Chiefs this game so next week won’t matter. It helps ratings.
