We already have a Superbowl, and a recent playoff success. No tears.

Went back and read this thread from page 80 to the end. Great range of emotions.

Not popping Champagne for the playoff win. This bottle is for the Saints fans that cried themselves to sleep last night and spend every waking moment on this board spewing their falcon hatred.

Just read through it too. Quite a rollercoaster of emotions and, frankly, a pretty embarrassing display by a lot of Saints fans. I guess this is what fandom has come to in the internet message board age.

No I'd say it's likely because saints fans make up a large percentage of this boards population so you will get the good and the bad when it comes to to their biggest rival playing an important game. But I'm sure rational thought will just be ignored. So please continue to pretend that your fan base is somehow different or better.

It is also sad all they can do is dodge the facts and can offer no cognitive rebuttal to those facts. Plenty saints fans including myself just laid out facts and I am perfectly fine and secure knowing what those facts/reasons are. It is falcons fans who are insecure for obvious reasons. Yeah those reasons. The factual reasons that were laid out here in this thread that so many cannot dispute.

Even the real falcons fans know what is coming. enjoy the Super Bowl like celebration over beating the seachickens!

What facts are you talking about? And let's not pretend like it is a foregone conclusion SF beats ATL next weekend. This is the NFL where anything can happen. Not one damn person thought BAL would beat DEN and last I checked, ATL is kind of good at home.

I did. Granted, I never expected flacco to have that kind of game.

Reading this thread is almost as fun as reading the 2010 iron bowl thread.

Love it
