Is this something else you know but can't tell us how you know or are you speculating on your own now?

My speculation based on some things I know.

Who here would have taken a trade of OJ Mayo and 2 1st round picks for cp3 before the draft?

Both in this year's draft?

What spots?

No, not if they weren't taking on salary like Posey or Emeka.

That doesn't really help us that much. Gasol and picks maybe.

Gasol and picks maybe? If Gasol would agree to a longterm deal, that's a yes.

Hrm. 2010 1sts or future 1sts?

If we had #11, #12, and #25, assuming no trade of #11 to OKC, I'm unsure who we'd have gotten with the first two but we'd probably still have gotten Pondexter at the #25.

If we'd ended up with #12, #21, #25, and #26 in addition to Mayo, that would have given us a nice young core group to work with.

Collison, Mayo, Pondexter, West, and Okafor with MT5 as the 6th man seems like a good lineup until long-term replacements could be found for West and Okafor.

This is what I was thinking.
