I would assume false cadence was the call but only the officials on the field would know

"Illegal Simming" from a family member who officiates high school game, which makes sense. Simulating the snap count was what I expected to hear, which would be him shouting out "hut" or something similar.

makes sense, never heard it called that before...i thought it was a 15 yard unsportsmanlike delay of game penalty for false cadence though
