I'm hopeful if Nike uses tiger stripes on the uni it will be a subtle tone on tone grey or white stripe (like in the glove) and not a purple and gold stripe.

I, for one, am a big fan of this regardless of the reason behind it. In the last few years, players are wearing less and less lower body protection - many skill players basically nothing other than their pants - and injuries just keep piling up. I think this will add protection to players where they feel "cool" wearing them but ultimately it will save some from simple injuries IMO.

numbers look terrible....they need to be one color. Make them purple with white jerseys, white pants, and white helmets and they'd be FIYA.
