Nope. Jones is just not that good. His stock rose because he had a great season with a loaded roster in the covid year at Bama. Yes he looked pretty good in year one mainly because Bill still had some magic left.

Mac unfortunately got exposed and had a pretty shite team around him. He just does not have NFL level arm strength to succeed with subpar talent.
Agree with Wildtiger, he also just did not handle a bad situation well either. Obviously Patricia sucked and was a god awful hire, but bad hires are made all the time unfortunately, can't go full retard.
