Who's pumped? Did a search and scrolled back a ways so SIAP.

This one is about those fun Magic teams with shaq and penny. I think Penny was the first NBA player that I really took a liking to as a youngster, very excited to see this one.

Had a jersey when I was young. First, and only, NBA jersey I've ever owned.

Favorite team and two players growing up. While everyone had their Jordan jerseys and shoes (Although I did have the Air Jordan XI because those are the best), I had my Penny jersey and Shaqnosis shoes. If those two stayed together on that team, they win titles

Awesome highlight video of the two:

Nice. Nick Anderson free throws will be the turning point.

I hope they show fan buzz at the time including sfp in his penny jersey

I always thought Shaq was selfish for leaving Orlando to go to LA, but who wouldn't want to be in LA? In saying that, I would have like to have seen if they could have done anything in the east with the Bulls Dominance, and Penny's bad knees.

Can't wait! I lived in Orlando every summer with my mom's family growing up. To have them get an NBA team, and win the lottery several times in order to bring my favorite player ever from my favorite team ( Shaq & LSU ) was magical. No pun intended lol. I was pissed initially however, after they drafted Webber and traded for Penny. If Hardaway stayed healthy and Shaq didn't leave for Hollywood, no telling what could have been accomplished. Then again, we had our shot at glory in 95' after beating a newly returned Jordan and the Bulls ( the only team to defeat MJ from 91-98 in the playoffs) only to have Nick Anderson choke at the FT line. After missing 4 FTs and Olajuwon tipping in a buzzer beater, Orlando melted. Basketball is my least favorite, major sport, but maybe only because my favorite teams are the only ones of mine to not win a championship. I won't be getting my hopes up anytime soon either. So yes, looking forward to reliving the glory days tonight.

Those Nick Anderson free throws still haunt me. Penny forced me to push my childhood Fandom for MJ aside. Prnny will always be my favorite player of all-time

SP yall wouldn't have won the series anyway. Good job knocking off Jordan and the BUlls, but that Rockets team was a different beast.

Are they still doing one for those early 2000 Blazer teams?

Those players stated that they felt like they could compete with the Rockets. Once Nick missed those gimmie's, they lost all confidence.

Well I'm sure you thought you could compete with me atop the 7th floor but we know how that turned out.
