What does that mean? Was it a tentative offer with stipulations about grades or Senior season performance on the field ? The articles does say that Florida is still interested , but wants to see more from him.

Looked at his 247 profile....he's not a bad player. Fringe 4* guy. Has offers from all the ACC basically aside from Clemson/FSU.
