Denver making some plays early, but why does it already feel like they can't keep this up for 4 quarters?

Denver is playing great to start. If Jokic, Murray, and Gordon can play 48 minutes they got this

Jokic is an incredible player, but he's getting to be as bad as Luka and Lebron when it comes to turning to the ref and arguing for a call after almost every shot. Only difference being he still gets back on defense after.

Yea but how much faster would he be if he weren’t running backwards because he’s still yapping to the ref
I don’t blame him. The NBA has incentivized this for years. He’s just playing the game.
Gordon and Murray are frickin dawgs btw. Gordon especially doesn’t get enough props.
