So we're making injury excuses for golden state now, but we can't do the same for Lebron the year before when the 2nd and 3rd best players were out.

James Harden has averaged 27.3 points, 7.1 assists, 5.6 rebounds and has a 57.9 TS% in the playoffs while with the Rockets. Players who averaged 25/5/5 with a 57% TS% in their careers: LeBron James and Stephen Curry..

Again.

Elite. Even if the playoffs. They don’t even make the playoffs without him.

Congrats on great numbers, if you lack consistency in the playoffs and can't be dependable to not completely shite the bed once a series or more, you'll be prone to losing to teams like the Spurs without their best player.

If he could provide a single lick of evidence, it might be a discussion worth having. But he can't. No one can. So it's "Harden wasn't himself" like that excuses the performance and diminishes the win for SA.

I mean, it's Piñata. He makes excuses for choke city.

The funny part is when his whole perspective shifts if the rockets aren't the discussion. That's the only reason I responded to his arse this time.

The harden sucks in the playoffs narrative is equal to the kobe is clutch narrative. Literally nothing to back it up other than people ONLY looking at the bad games and ignoring the good ones. If he shits the bed so much and his averages Are still out of this world imagine how good he was in the all of the games that you are forgetting?

If he shits the bed, which he does because you haven't even argued that he hasn't, you lose the consistency needed to excel in the playoffs.

GS was the better team all three years, IMO, but yeah, people like to diminish/ignore the effect injuries had in the first two series (depending on who they were pulling for/against).

Cavs suffered a massive blow playing without Kyrie and Love. GS maybe still wins, but they weren't quite at the level they reached the next two years. One could easily conceive full strength CLE picking them off with GS not really getting fully untracked until late in the series.

Curry being gimpy and the timing of Green's suspension were huge, but i think the biggest blow to GS that series was Bogut going down. Completely changed the dynamic of their interior defense mid-series, and Cleveland smelled blood in the water.

We're not talking about any player.

You won't find the same games in the same quantity for Lebron or KD, ya know, those dudes like you will for Big Game James.

Any player, he says.

We never said they did. There’s a lot of wiggle room in there between LeBron James and an acceptable playoff performance you blabbering moron

Just bc he ain’t LeBron James doesn’t mean that he sucks in the playoffs. No one said he is better than LeBron James. Yet that’s the stretch you gotta make to try to win an argument. Go head on boy.

The playoff averages speak for themself.

Sounds like Boom is in agreement that we need to compare Big Game James to other guys a couple of tiers down the hierarchy.

Noted.

Tell me more about how he will have To defer to Paul since you are such an astute observer of his career.

Have a little respect bro and post about the stuff that you know about. Do you see me in grand slam tennis threads?? No you don’t bc I got the level of respect for others to not put my two cents in where I don’t know what I’m talking about. You are lacking in that department.

Taking the L is saying that harden is not Lebron?

We got Lebron number two all time.

And never said harden was better.

you have fallen so far that you handing out Ls in spots where there was never even a Debate.

Again learn up on James more. And have some repect and don’t comment where you don’t know what you talking about.

If you don't think Big Game James shits the bed more than his peers, sounds like you gotta do some more film study, maybe check those notes you jot down after each game.

You're missing something big fella.
