I mean they took it out of context.. you can't tell me that wasn't intentional

Why not just work for Fox Sports as a whole then? As in report for Fox Sports on their website, not Yahoo.
Maybe he just enjoys working for yahoo. I bet the people at FS1 consider it enough of a positive just to have him appear on TV to live without him writing for him.
It is probably safe to assume ESPN has approached him at some point, but the deal probably required him to write for ESPN as well.
Seth Davis writes for SI and does TV for CBS

Seems like competitive conflict for a Yahoo writer to be doing work for Fox sports.
It's kind of a slap in the face to the Foxsports.com NBA writers but I could see why FS1 would want a person with lots credibility on as opposed to the crappy talking heads they usually have. Also Yahoo doesn't have a TV presence so no competition between them and FS1 there.

Four years ago today word broke that LeBron was "leaning toward" joining the Heat. What will today bring?

From last night, forgive me if already posted:
@ESPNSteinLine: My man @Chris_Broussard just reported on @SportsCenter that LeBron's meeting w/Pat Riley could take place in Vegas perhaps as soon as TUES

@TheSharkVK: The Heat almost NEVER announce agreements until the players pass physicals, yesterday they announced Granger & McRoberts. Sounds desperate.

Think its desperation and just a product of the inflated market this year. The minute Jodie Meeks signed that deal, you knew the Heat would have trouble finding quality FA's on their budget

I'll be mad if Bosh signs this max offer with the Rockets. He is not a max player any more

If he's willing to turn down 40 mill to be with LeBron, he might be gay....not that there's anything wrong with that.
It is still a better chance at a championship in Miami if LeBron is there. Money isn't everything to some of these guys.
Pretty ridiculous to turn down that much money though imo, but I hope he does it.

He would prefer to be making that much money playing with the best player in the world. Betting he would rather be in HST making 20 per then Miami making 14-15 a year.

If the numbers are like that I actually think he would still prefer Miami. Now if it is like 12-13 then he would jump all over that Houston offer.

I just can't see him giving up 20 million over 4 years to stay in Miami. Not on his last big contract.

He is only 30. He has a game that will age well and doesn't have any injury history I can recall. He still has a lot of earning potential left in tank imo. Especially considering he was a key cog of a 2 time championship team, teams overpay for that and a guy with his ability to stretch the floor.

Which is pretty much my point. 15 per year for 5 or 20 per year for 4. Comes out 5 million over in HST pluse he's able to get to his next contract a year earlier. With his game I can easily see a 3-4 year 10-12 a year contract at 34. Probably at 35 as well, but he's rolling the dice at that point. Older you get the less bargaining power you have.

Bosh is really the perfect fit in Houston. Dwight was dominant at the end of the season, especially in the playoffs. If you try to double him, Bosh, Harden and Parsons will burn you. Beverly will hit the open 3. From a basketball standpoint, he fits better in Houston than he does Miami. He's just not guaranteed a trip to the finals every year which is obviously a huge selling point.
