Well thats weird. There are amazing suburbs on the east side, and elite public and private schools. OKC might be a nice city, but there is no way it comes close to having suburbs like Shaker Heights, Pepper Pike, or Hunting Valley. They don't exist in new cities.

Well, I dont think better organization is debatable. Although I do really like David Griffinn and David Blatt. So we will see how those two work out.

Taking a stab at this with what we currently have:

Rose
Butler
MDJ
Gasol
Noah

Kirk
Snell
McDermott
Mirotic
Gibson

I think Snell could start at SG and Butler at SF moving MDJ to the second unit.

If the season started today though, I think this is what we start with and see what happens.

I also think Gibson will play more minutes than Pau and will probably close more games due to his defensive abilities.

That was the main reason Kahn didn't want to give Love the 5 yr max because they were saving it for Rubio.

I when I heard about it back then, now it sounds even more delusional.

If that team stays healthy, they will definitely make some noise.

I think you start MDJ over Snell. Snell and McDermott are like Butler and MDJ Lite, so that's nice to have that off the bench. Haven't watched any film on Mirotic but may have to soon

Based on Heat's moves yesterday & their commitments, appears Dwyane Wade lining up for a deal that starts at about $15 million

Always knew that the Heat was gonna take care of Wade.

Definitely have a lot of potential and I could see this team winning the East, but it all comes down to the health of Rose. And as unlucky as he's been in the regard, it is very worrisome. Maybe the basketball gods won't curse us Bulls fans again this season.

No, there is no debate. Cleveland is a much much better city than Oklahoma City.

I'm sure you've spent tons of time in OKC in recent years. So sure.

For the record I didn't grow up here. But have been blown away by the positive growth of this city since we arrived.

And in 2 trips, I've spent a total of about 2 weeks in Cleveland for business. It's not a good city man, I'm sorry. Not trying to be a dick. Just calling it how I see it.

It is a little slow in here so i'll share this video if anybody wants to check it out. One minute worth of McDermott against Denver a couple nights ago. The man can shoot the rock.

Been there twice and was stunningly bored. Downtown was dead after 6PM. No culture at all.
