I'm sure you've spent tons of time in OKC in recent years. So sure.
Because nobody vacations in Oklahoma City. That's not a good argument.

People vacation in Cleveland?

Says Boozer wants to go to Miami.
Since the Bulls are probably going to amnesty him, he'd have to clear waivers first.

Downtown was dead after 6PM. No culture at all.
In Bricktown?
You're a liar unless you were walking around on Christmas Day. Or you visited 25 years ago.
Bricktown, Plaza district, Midtown, Classen Curve, and Paseo District are always hopping til very late. Try again.

Yeah, I was assuming he would.
You think somebody would claim him?
ETA: And if someone did, what would they have to pay him? Not exactly sure how that works.

Stayed at the Renaissance both times and there wasnt anyone around after people went home from work.

I've been to both. Cleveland would be city that I would rather travel to but OKC is the place that I would rather live.
You guys need to hit me up if you're ever up here again. I'm curious where you guys are staying/hanging out while here. Most people I have come in for business love it here if they are given some guidance where to go.

So things were dead on a weekday?
I mean, even New Orleans is dull during the weekday compared to the weekend...

I doubt it.

No idea, but I know it doesn't have to be too much because the Bulls will still be paying him for a couple years.

What year are we talking?
And there are lots of bars right on Sheridan where the Renaissance is that always are busy. Mickey Mantle's Bar is probably my favorite in that area.
Short can ride to the Deep Deuce District and you can hit up WSKY Bar or Urban Johnnie's. You can't go wrong with any of those on any given night really.
Cheaper would be Bricktown Brewery or Tapwerks.

Of all of the pissing matches this thread has cultivated, the city of Cleveland vs Oklahoma City debate is by far the most enjoyable.

I didn't say that. You are the person trying to convince people that OKC is awesome and Cleveland sucks. Neither of them are exceptional. Accept reality, man. I live in Baton Rouge and it sucks, too. I fish, though, so I'm willing to trade off.

OkieTiger is to OKC what Boom is to the Rockets.

True. And I highly doubt he stayed down there during a Thunder game. Even when it's a weak opponent early in the year (even middle of the week), it is hopping down there when the Thunder are playing. Such a blast. I'm already ready for next season just talking about it.
