I think Canaan is an upgrade over Lin actually. Better shooter and better on defense, Lin is just better at attacking the rim. Plus I think Nick Johnson can give you a quality 10-15 mins a game as a combo guard off the bench
Backup C is a bigger problem. I'm hoping DMo has improved enough to not kill us when he's out there

Issue is what happens is Beverley gets injured, do you trust Canaan or Johnson playing starter minutes?
Its like us playing Roberts, they're good bench players, but as starters I'd be worried imo.

I honestly have to wait and see how they do when given real minutes. Fortunately Harden handles the ball enough where it doesn't hurt us quite as much.
I think they could handle Beverley out a couple weeks but more than that they might have to acquire another PG

It doesn't matter if it was in their backyards, Holiday got handled like I've never seen before in person or in video. He got manhandled. HE's a slightly above average starting PG, the Pelicans don't have a huge advantage over any team at PG.
