Patiently waiting for Pau Gasol to become a Spur
The league had better hope that doesn't happen, I'll tell you that right now.

Cavs closing in on deal with free agent G Mike Miller, source tells @FOXSportsOH. "Unless something unforeseeable happens," Miller will sign
Very happy we won't end up somewhere like OKC or HOU

Even if it doesn't happen with Pau, today has been a good day for us. The Heat are weakened, Lebron's new team is weaker, Houston is weaker, and OKC hasn't gotten any better. I like where we are at right now.

Just listened to SAS on SVP and he point blank said that. Bosh coming back, wanting more money than they could afford for LBJ's roster expectations lead directly to Bron leaving. Bron knew they needed to get bosh out, bosh didn't want to go so Bron went to Cleveland.
Lebron knew they were going to pay wade, but paying bosh whst he wanted blew their roster makeover. SAS said Bron wanted melo in place of bosh but bosh took that away. A team with bosh and wade meant Bron would have to carry them and he just didn't want to do it any more .

I agree. This has been the best post-championship offseason we've had so far.

Do the Spurs not have a Spaniard on the roster?
Gotta cover all the countries.

No matter what their sources are telling them, I will never believe that story. If Lebron wanted Bosh gone, they've would've gotten rid of him without blinking. Especially with Riley running the show

Damn, I was gonna post a Pelican, but it doesn't really carry the same visual weight as a roaring grizzly bear.

Hell at 37 Vince Carter might still be the best dunker on the team

Pretty terrifying imo

Believe what you want to believe
Bosh and his wife didn't want to leave Miami
That crippled the heat in filling in the roster around LBJ and wade
Heat resign bosh with LBJ and wade and the decline continues, no way around it
LBJ forces bosh out and he is the bad guy again
LBJ goes to Cleveland and he is the good guy plus it is a better situation roster and asset wise
So it cost them Bron and $30mm to resign Sam perkins v2.0

Game 3 DAL/SA
The guy can still throw it down with the best of 'em, but his shooting is insane now. What were his percentages in the first round? Scared the piss outta me.
He'll be a great fit in MEM.
