Restricted free agent Kelly Oubre Jr., has agreed to a two-year, $30M deal to stay with the Phoenix Suns, agent Nima Namakian of @BDA_Sports tells ESPN.

Prior to getting dealt to the Suns, how much did Oubre stand to make? Probably the first time a player is thankful to have been dealt to the Suns in the last five years

Coming off two major leg injuries, dropping some weight is a good sign for Boogie.
If nothing else, it should help him recover faster not having 20 extra pounds to drag around. As bad as his mobility looked in the Finals, it could help him on the court too.

I know Boogie looked like shite in the Finals coming back from the torn quad but I’m really interested to see how he looks with an entire summer to actually train instead of rehab.
I didn’t realize this until yesterday but after the all star break, Boogie averaged 17 points and 9 rebounds along with nearly 2 blocks per game in only 25 mpg. Along with a 58% TS%. If the Lakers can get that type of production, he could be a major wildcard for them imo

no he didn't dude
he looked out of shape but very capable. he was a tough defend for raps

He had the lateral movement of a 45-50 year old man post injury. Dropping the weight is definitely a good sign

Defensively, he was moving around like he was 50. His lateral movement was nonexistent, but that’s expected from a 260 pound 7 footer coming off a ruptured achilles and playing through a torn quad
