Green was literally quoted saying he wanted as much money and as many years a possible. And Curry's worth more than the room exception much less the minimum.

Lmao what a stupid scenario. So the Lakers already have Bron and AD on big contracts, and now CB is saying they're going to sign Kawhi (big contract), Iggy (gets paid $17M next year), Curry (will not take a minimum, he's too good of a player), and DG (also will not take a min)?

I'm pretty sure he's implying that Iggy will get bought out by Memphis eventually. There's an exception that can allow them to pay a player about $4m, that's more than enough to get Curry. Green doesn't make any sense.

True. Thanks for pointing that Iggy fact out. It just seems like all of these elaborate Laker scenarios would take a bunch of particular signings and a bunch of vet minimums just to fill out the roster, and I can't see them landing exactly who they want at this point in free agency if they haven't been able to land who they wanted before now (except AD).
