As long as Zaga can continue to box out and play defense, UNC will fold.

Butler - UConn is the most depressing game of all-time, especially for people who like underdogs.

Butler had every chance to win that game by just play sub-par.

They played below sub-par.

Butler had a stretch where they scored like one field goal in 13 minutes. They were up at half, scored the first two points of the second half, and then went on a historic scoring drought.

No doubt. I can't argue that game.

That Duke/Wisky game was a great game.

Zags gonna start missing 3s and UNC will suddenly be ahead. And then Zags will have a chance at the end and brain fart.

What happens if Gonzaga starts making the easy 2 footers? That seems to be the most likely shift.

These two teams tonight are better than both Butler and UConn from 2011, so at least they've got that going for them.

Had Karnowski been worth a shite

He was pretty shitty in the semifinal too.

If you can't make 3-footers and get blocked on put-backs?

Why the frick are you out there as some behemoth?

So the Zags are playing the game of their lives and UNC has had the worst first half in a long time.. UNC really needs to blow them out of the water in the second half..

That whole tourny was a blur. I watched the entire tournament and actually forgot who won the championship a few months afterwards when I thought about who the champs were. The talent level was atrocious that year across the board.

That was the game Lebron was all stoked about Napier.

He has something in common with Jordan when it comes to talent evaluation.

Our Elite 8 choke against them that year still rustles me because the Final 4 was WIDE open.

He's doig a lot to mitigate their bigs (ie Meeks). He can be frustrating to watch, but his size stil provides a lot of value. When he and Collins are out there, Zag front court is basically impenetrable.
