This is not the AD's problem, it's the AAU and handlers.

Plus the one and done rule is stupid, these kids never go to class

I refuse to get my hopes up but the fact that even you aren’t going on a 20 page argument saying there’s no chance gives me a glimmer of hope

BL never goes out on a limb like that unless he’s certain. That’s one primary complaint a lot of our fans have with him. If he’s calling a shot it’s probably right.

Orgeron will be coach/athletic director. He had a separate binder for the AD position and the BoS was impressed, per my sources

i never do this when i have no reason to. this is one of those reasons

and this isnt something to really get to worked up over. A&M is one of the premier athletic departments in the country with one of the two or three highest budgets. sucks we are losing scott, but you would be insane to not see this as a legit possibility over the past couple of years. i have full confidence we will hire who we want to take over and i have nothing but respect and gratitude for the football and basketball hires that he made

That sounds like Liucci honestly but I have no idea

Hamm is a joke but Liucci does have good sources when it comes to coaching/administrative searches. The only one I’ve ever seen him wrong on (and we’ve had a frickton in the last 7-10 years) after calling his shot like this was Aranda, and I think a lot of your folks thought that was done at the time as well. He posted an update saying it’s a done deal FWIW

theres nothing to be sorry or bitter about. he made the biggest football and basketball hires that program has ever had. nothing to do but tip the cap and thank him for making the buzz hire and not mentally checking out once it became clear that alleva was out

however, easily the best part of today are the LSU posters on the rant who are both beating their chests over woodward AND continuing to give A&M shite about hiring jimbo
