For the 1,000 time. The Dakota schools would love to move up to FBS but no conference will invite us. Geography and, frankly, we'd beat some G5 arse.
Same reason with the Montana schools.
The only way the Dakotas and Montana's move up is if we form our own conference and force our way up through the courts. And it's been talked about amongst us.

Sorry about coming off so hard. Just I've heard this a million times. Conferences just will not invite any of us Dakotas.
