Wow. I mean when the ball is wobbling and cant even make it 5 yards, that is a pretty good sign that the hit is not late. And unnecessary roughness? He simply tackled him.

And it is not even the refs fault. He made the correct call. It's the NFL that is the problem by making that a penalty.
