MNF broadcast is so much better without Witten

its crazy how bad he really was. ESPN botched it so badly last year putting Witten in the booth and Booger in whatever the hell that contraption was on the sideline.
kinda disappointed we arent gonna get Chris Berman for game 2 tonight but at least it isnt Beth Mowens

Some poster last year said Witten would have been a lot better if they had him chug a beer or two right before going on air and that poster was probably right.

Sounds like I’m watching a recorded Madden commentary with Booger. Definitely better than Witten though.

Booger was just a safe pick after the witten disaster. Booger is boring. Just not interested in anything he's saying.
He has to formulate his thoughts before he can speak. You take a guy like Tony Romo or Chris Collinsworth and they just talk and say what's on their mind.

Wittens a classy guy. He did an offseason interview and owned up to it.

I laughed out loud when I read this. Didn’t realize it until you mentioned it, but you are exactly right. I don’t think he’s that bad, I’ve definitely heard worse on ESPN
