Is Grant Taylor injured? Admittedly don’t follow the Sox but figured he’d play up back there if they weren’t stretching him out

No he already threw a couple of innings today.
Hopefully we can win it again now without having to dip further into the bullpen...
Sonuvabitch, I really thought Vargas was going to drive in Murakami to win it.

He was on that first 3-2 pitch. Thought that one got in a Meidroth’s hands more and would fall.
lol PCgAy
If I know Alex Bregman like I know Alex Bregman this is a letter high infield pop out or slider off the cap for a force out at home
Well shite bailed out by hitting it too soft to get the out at home. The Dansby and Breg contracts are going to age like sour milk for the Cubs
That ball was torched. What a game. Two fun teams in Chicago gotta feel great to be a Sox fan now

WHITE SOX WINNER!!!!
BAHAHAHAHAHAHA CUBS
I went to a cookout last night at my buddy's house, and probably 80% of the people there were wearing Sox gear. We joked that it's nice to not be ashamed anymore.

And there are still reinforcements coming to help them this year right? Teel gotta be back soon. Montgomery will probably get the call along with Hagen Smith

Well it's been fun pretending the Reds were going to make my summer exciting finally. But no, we're still dog shite. Rawdogged in Cleveland today

Yep. Teel began his rehab assignment in Charlotte this past week. I've been clamoring for him to get back quickly because having Quero in the lineup regularly has kind of been an auto out. Although I might have to reassess my opinion of him after that walk-off today.

Altuve out with a grade 2 oblique strain, that might be curtains on his pursuit of 3000 hits, he's just chasing too many pitches, more injury prone than before (although he had full seasons the last two), and losing that year to covid was devastating

Between Covid and the pending lockout, he was never reaching 3000 unfortunately

You could have Aaron help when he gets eliminated in the playoffs.
