This is why I don’t get no trade clauses for small market teams. There is no benefit to the team. Stanton has all the power. If he wants to force his way to the Dodgers, he can and will.

No, the Marlins can keep him, and trade Ozuna,Yelich, and others and get back a kings ransom. And shed 15-20mil+ off their salary, and reload. And Stanton plays on a shite team who is rebuilding.

Marlins might be wise to make that move.

That was a quick rise and fall for Diaz. He sucks with the glove, so he was never going to cut it unless he hit like 2016 again.
