A lot he has these blow ups in every single game it seems. Solid pitcher but he is supposed to be the ace, highest paid pitcher, etc and instead he pitches like a 3

I assume (without looking at the numbers) that his spin rates are down, thus less movement and more solid contact.

Yankees punted today's game and Cole looks bad. I know he has elite stuff, but he does not look like a 36M player right now. It's OK since they have such a big lead and will coast into the playoffs, but this won't be a historic year like I thought it could be.
