Now that is the dumbest thing that's been said.

LJ would roast Rodman like he roasts everyone else in the leauge

Especially Kobe who is the closest to MJ

I clearly stated Jordan>> Lebron in the thread.

Doubt any of you guys have played 1 on 1 before. Lebron is a power player and Jordan is a finesse player. Only way a finesse player beats a power player is if they have a significant quickness or athletic edge. Neither of which Jordan has over Lebron.

So did MJ. I don't think Lebron could stop Mike one time 1 on 1. I think MJ could pick Lebron at least 2 or 3 times. He can be reckless with the ball sometimes.

So does Jordan shoot 100% or does he just blow by a guy that's arguably faster than him. Lebron is also a great defender.

One on one is such a horrible measuring stick.

I am being realistic. Both Jordan and Kobe would destroy Kobe. He's not as mean as they are. They would make him quit.

This is fricking crazy. MJ and it's not close really. Lebron is best at being the shot gun of an offense.

How is MJ going to stop Lebron from getting to the rim?

just think there is too many miles on peak Lebron before to hit Jordan's career benchmarks (frick titles and that garbage). I think he will have about two more seasons at this incredible level. He will be really fricking good after that, but I would think his numbers will start to fade a little

I tend to agree.

But I will say, 2 more years of this, and it's a legit debate and no longer ridiculous to even bring it up.

Ok, this is fricking stupid. Lebron is good at driving and dunking. Jordan was the best at driving and scoring. BIG difference.

Wow.

How is Lebron going to stop MJ from making a fadeaway jumper? Or, we are talking about younger Jordan, how is Lebron going to block a shot from a guy who can jump higher, hang in the air longer, and adjust his shot while hanging in the air all day long?

In addition? How would any player past, present, or future stop Shaq from getting to the rim?

2 more years of what? Lebron doing what he's done in the last few weeks? or what Lebron has done the last few years? you need to be specific of what you are talking about so we can adequately insult you.

I'm sorry slackhouse, I wasn't aware Jordan shot 100% on fadeaways. You are obviously correct. The jump shooter 100% beats the guy who gets to the rim at will.

Shaq would have to dribble and defend in space. Neither of which he could do.

Do you not see how stupid your post is?

Mike would get to the rim at will too. I think Lebron would get picked a few times when he put the ball on the floor due to Mike's quickness.

Ok, Shaq was a bad example.

and, Lebron shoots 100% from the paint? and you are calling me stupid? seriously. This argument is retarded in that we will never know. But, people make generic comments like "Lebron is more athletic than MJ" because they want to think he'd win. Go watch some NBA film. As great as Lebron is, on the basketball court, Jordan was way more athletic than Lebron.

Every argument I've heard for Lebron beating Jordan is that he's more athletic. And, every argument I've heard for Lebron being more athletic is that he's bigger than Jordan. That is retarded.

Literally the only thing that King James has over MJ is that he is bigger.

If you wanna go by just stats then MJ wins this going away. Someone already proved that a few pages back. Mike had one of the quickest 1st steps in the history of the league.

If Lebron does have this high "skill level" many here claim, then Jordan must have been either extremely athletic himself or have impossible to match skill.

Production matters, not skill.
